Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to cut through the data to deliver clear, strategic executive summaries with gravitas and impact.
  • Comfortable and experienced with delivering and defending strategy to a C-suite audience, able to read the room and tailor your approach accordingly.
  • Confident in speaking up and taking ownership to drive change, inspiring trust and encouraging others to do the same.
  • Ability to tailor briefs and define tasks for more junior members of the team to deliver results, making time to offer support to those that need it.
  • On the front foot, you seek out ways for your team to work cross-functionally with other teams.
  • A natural role model focused on what’s important for the future of the business.
  • Your strong commercial acumen underpins all strategic and creative motivations.
  • Lead social strategy across client campaigns and always on, working closely with the COMs design to ensure our strategy remains relevant and best in class for the client.
  • Work closely with other members of the strategy team, research and insights and the craft teams to pull in the right resource for the client.
  • Direct our research and insights teams towards the work required on all your projects to build cutting-edge digital strategies for the client.
  • Develop smart segmentation and positioning for the social strategy.
  • Use our proprietary tools, best in class 3rd party platforms and global toolsets to frame the strategy and the key levers and triggers we will use.
  • Ensure our strategies work closely and align to wider client strategy on all channels and campaigns.
  • Manage the vendor relations with a.o. Meta, Tik Tok and Twitter.
  • Lead QBRs with the vendors.


Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree is required; a concentration in Marketing or a related field is preferable.
  • Extensive experience within an agency environment is required.
  • Ample managerial experience.
  • Advanced and strategic knowledge of social platforms such as Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and Twitter.
  • Advanced understanding of accelerating client targets through paid channels and app campaigns.
  • Demonstrable experience working on enterprise-level media accounts with large ($1m+) budgets.
  • Proven ability to understand high-level client goals and how they translate into strategy when applied via online technologies.
  • Polished presence and presentation skills.
  • Excellent writing skills with an attention to detail.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Working knowledge of Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask and handle other duties as assigned.
  • Experience in working in an international environment.
  • Experience with Ecommerce and Retail.
  • Experience in setting up complex strategies in multiple countries, channels and languages.
